Laurie Trott

Known for her clean, tomboy aesthetic, LA-based fashion stylist Laurie Trott has worked with the likes of Goop, Levis and Clique Media. She's also an ace online shopper with a knack for sniffing out cool, under-the-radar e-comm brands. Below, she shares her current crop of favorites—from a unisex line that makes killer flightsuits to one-size-fits all jeans that look good on everyone (seriously).

Entireworld.

"Scott Sternberg, the brains behind the cult favorite clothing brand, Band Of Outsiders, is back with his take on simple basics. The shirt selection has my attention and I love classic pieces like a collarless popover top & boxer shorts (with pockets! amen!) that can be worn for public encounters as well as behind closed doors."

FEEL jeans

"One style, one wash, one price and no confusion. This one-style-fits-all concept by Australian fashion stylist Stevie Dance launched this summer and I’m patiently awaiting the pair I ordered. I love that the leg is straight throughout, and that it’s a heavyweight denim with no stretch. Stretch is for suckers!"

Flaneur Bedding

"My favorite sheets. They can literally match any swatch of color that you send in. The bedding itself is a dream—no pun intended. The duvet zippers shut, instead of those annoying buttons. And you know how it’s hard to trust the proclaimed thread count on a set of sheets? I believe these chicks when they say 400, and it feels like so much more."

Bombas

"For every pair of socks bought, Bombas give a pair to someone in need which makes me really happy. Additionally, they’re super comfortable and come in snazzy pops of color so I’m actually psyched when my jeans rise up and my socks show through."

Everybody World

"I love this unisex brand because there is something for everyone (and I’m almost always an XS, which appeals to my vanity). Their designs are such simple shapes and yet they seem like obvious necessities. Right now, I’m really into Felix’s Nude Towel Set, a 100% organic skin-toned set of bath sheets, as well as the flight suits and genderless sneaker-slipper hybrid."

Margaux Shoes

"I go to Margaux for their ballet flats. The style was the starting point for the brand founders, two young Harvard grads. They’re made so well, so comfortably and with just the right amount of toe cleavage. I’m too impatient but there is also a made-to-measure program where you measure your foot online and they custom fit the shoe."

DOEN

"This Los Angeles-based collection feels like you’re wearing a hazy, backlit memory of California. There’s definitely a mother earth vibe here, so I’m alway careful to pair my Doen pieces with sharper accessories and minimal jewelry."
